Beijing born, Shenzhen raised, and Boston by choice, Mona Chen is something of a triple threat. The impressive agent affords a global perspective and local expertise, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and basic Japanese.

Armed with an engineering degree from University of Vermont, she earned her stripes at Keurig before pivoting into the world of bio tech. It wasn’t long before she was bit by the real estate bug, propelled by an innate passion for helping others.



Mona's Story

A breath of fresh air in the real estate game, Mona takes a mindful approach to client care. Kind-hearted and unfailingly humble, she’s quick to solve problems and seek out creative solutions. Living just steps from Fenway, Mona is a big on ballgames and impromptu rooftop concerts. An experienced epicurean and forever fan of Omakase fare, she’s never been one to turn down brunch at Tatte Bakery (can you say Croque Madame?!) Known to nerd-out over the dogs of all breeds, Mona would adopt every shelter pup if she could. But for now, weekend hikes with her pups Cooper and Kilo will have to suffice until she opens a non-profit shelter of her own.
